In just about every phase of our daily lives, we need support in one form or fashion. We look to our family, friends and co-workers for support. Many times people don’t find it and that affects us mentally and emotionally and not in a good way. When these negative reflections of ourselves become apparent to ourselves, they begin to cause self confidence issues as well as self image issues. When these issue show up, a pandoras box has been opened. When it comes to friends and co-workers not giving you support, either strictly limit your time around them or just get rid of them. Family?
